Hi all,

To complete you DBS. You will need to fill in the Applicant consent for upload document.

Once you have filled that in. You will need to go to https://disclosure.capitarvs.co.uk/care/ and click on "Start Application" on the "Standard / Enhanced DBS Application".

Please use "AWDR35043" in the "ORGANISATION REFERENCE *", and leave ORGANISATION CODE Blank.

Then click on Start.
